ProPapers.com.ng — Frequently Asked Questions (Comprehensive FAQ)

Welcome — this FAQ is built for students, researchers, entrepreneurs and professionals who want clear, detailed answers about working with ProPapers.com.ng. It covers everything from how we work, to payments, to academic ethics, to technical support. If your question isn’t listed, ping us on WhatsApp or email and we’ll add it here.

General / About Our Services

Q: What does ProPapers.com.ng do?
A: We provide academic writing (projects, theses, dissertations, journal manuscripts), business and grant proposal writing, CV and cover letter services, LinkedIn/profile optimization, AI writing tools, tutoring and courses, editing and proofreading, data analysis (SPSS, Excel, Python, R), and consulting. Services are offered chapter-by-chapter or end-to-end.

Q: Who writes the papers? Are they Nigerians or overseas?
A: We use a vetted team of subject-matter experts, academics, former lecturers, industry professionals, and senior editors. Many are Nigerian and familiar with Nigerian university standards; others have international experience. Every work is reviewed by an independent editor before delivery.

Q: Do you provide samples of your work?
A: Yes. We can share anonymized samples and short extracts (with client consent) so you can judge quality and formatting. Full past client works are confidential and not shared.

Q: Can you sign an NDA or confidentiality agreement?
A: Yes. We can sign NDAs for institutional or high-sensitivity projects. Contact us to arrange terms.

Ordering & Workflow

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Steps in brief:

  1. Send project details (topic, level, word count, deadline, formatting style, any files) via WhatsApp/contact form/email.
  2. We send a free quote and timeline.
  3. You confirm and pay deposit or full payment.
  4. Writer assigned and first draft(s) delivered per schedule.
  5. You request revisions if needed; final delivery and sign off.

Q: What does a typical project timeline look like?
A: Depends on scope and level:

  • Short essays / assignments: 24–72 hours
  • Extended essays / reports: 3–7 days
  • Undergraduate final projects: 7–21 days (chapter-by-chapter options available)
  • Masters thesis: 3–10 weeks (depending on scope)
  • PhD dissertations: timelines vary — typically 2+ months for full support
Always provide your deadline; we’ll confirm feasibility before starting.

Q: Can I order only parts (e.g., Chapter 2 or methodology)?
A: Absolutely. We offer chapter-by-chapter delivery and stand-alone services (editing, data analysis, formatting, plagiarism checking, defense coaching).

Q: Can I communicate with the writer directly?
A: Yes — based on project size we allow controlled communication (chat or scheduled calls). For quality control, all major briefings pass through the project manager.

Pricing & Payment

Q: How much do you charge?
A: Pricing is based on degree level, complexity, length, deadline, and special requirements (e.g., data analysis, fieldwork). We provide a free quote for each job. Price ranges vary widely. Contact us with project details for an accurate quote.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept:

  • Naira bank transfers (local Nigerian accounts)
  • Card payments and online payments via Paystack / Flutterwave
  • PayPal for international clients
  • Escrow / milestone arrangements for large contracts can be arranged

Q: Do you require upfront payment?
A: We typically require a deposit (30–50%) for new clients before work starts. Full payment or final balance is due on delivery/acceptance. For regular clients we can negotiate different terms.

Q: Do you have discounts, student rates or instalment plans?
A: We offer student discounts, referral bonuses, and installment plans for large projects upon request. Institutional and bulk orders may get custom pricing.

Quality Assurance & Originality

Q: Do you guarantee originality and plagiarism-free work?
A: We deliver original content and run each final draft through plagiarism checks. We aim for very low similarity; typical target similarity is below 15–20% depending on institutional thresholds. However, no provider can absolutely guarantee how third-party software (such as Turnitin) will score a document because settings and databases vary. We provide revision support to reduce similarity and we produce properly cited, paraphrased, and original work.

Q: Do you submit to Turnitin for me?
A: We don’t have institutional Turnitin accounts for every client. If you want a Turnitin report, we can either:

  • Provide a Turnitin/Turnitin-like report if you upload or grant access through your institutional portal, or
  • Run the document through our professional plagiarism tools and provide the report.
If your university requires submission through their portal, you can submit the delivered file and share the report with us for remedial revisions.

Q: Can you fabricate data or sources?
A: No. We do not fabricate primary data, make up survey respondents, invent interview transcripts, or list fake references. We can:

  • Help you design instruments and collect ethically gathered primary data, or
  • Analyse and interpret real data you provide, or
  • Create simulated sample datasets strictly for demonstration or training (clearly labeled as simulated). Fabrication of research data is unethical and we refuse such requests.

Academic Integrity & Ethics

Q: Is it ethical/allowed to use your services?
A: We provide academic support services (editing, coaching, formatting, tutoring, methodology help and ethically sound writing). Many universities permit editorial and research support. You must follow your university’s rules. We do not condone academic dishonesty. Use our deliverables as guidance, templates, formatting examples, and learning tools, not as a substitute for original student effort where prohibited.

Q: Will using your service put me at risk of disciplinary action?
A: Using external help carries responsibilities. We try to minimize risk (original writing, confidentiality). However, institutional policies differ. It’s your responsibility to ensure that using paid academic assistance complies with your university’s regulations.

Revisions, Refunds & Guarantees

Q: What is your revision policy?
A: We offer free revisions within a specified window after delivery (typically 7–14 days for minor edits and clarifications). Revisions that involve new research, major structural changes, or extra analysis may incur additional charges. Revision rules are stated in your quote.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: General guidelines:

  • Full refund if you cancel before work begins.
  • Partial refunds possible if work is in progress; amount depends on completed work and costs.
  • If we fail to deliver within agreed timelines without an acceptable cause, you may be eligible for refund or re-scheduling.
  • No refunds after final delivery and acceptance unless we fail to meet agreed specs and cannot remedy within reasonable time.

All refunds are handled case-by-case and require documented communication.

Q: Do you guarantee acceptance by my supervisor or journal?
A: No. We cannot guarantee supervisor approval or journal acceptance. We provide high-quality manuscripts prepared to academic standards and can assist with journal selection and revision responses, but peer review and supervisor decisions are ultimately outside our control.

Turnaround Times & Deadlines

Q: Can you meet tight deadlines?
A: Often yes, depending on scope and complexity. Rush fees may apply for urgent delivery. Contact us with exact requirements and deadline to confirm.

Q: What happens if you miss the deadline?
A: We notify clients promptly of any delay and propose a revised timeline. If the delay is our fault and causes you loss, we will offer remedies (expedited work, partial refund, or credit) depending on the case.

Plagiarism, Citation & Referencing

Q: Which citation styles do you use?
A: We support APA, Harvard, MLA, Chicago, IEEE, Vancouver, and any other specified university style. We include in-text citations and a formatted reference list. Tell us your preferred style before work starts.

Q: Do you include Turnitin-excludable sections (e.g., reference list, methodology appendix)?
A: We prepare proper reference lists and appendices; many similarity matches come from reference lists and common methodological phrasing. If your supervisor requests, you can ask for those sections to be excluded during institutional similarity checks.

Data Collection & Analysis

Q: Can you design questionnaires, interview guides, and sampling plans?
A: Yes. We design valid instruments, sampling strategies and provide pilot testing suggestions. We also help draft consent forms and ethical approval documents.

Q: Can you collect data from respondents on my behalf?
A: We can support data collection arrangements (online surveys, phone interviews) but cannot misrepresent respondents or fabricate answers. For offline or in-person data collection we arrange enumerators or give you tools and training to collect data ethically. Any primary data collection must follow ethical standards (consent, anonymity if needed).

Q: What data analysis tools do you use?
A: SPSS, Stata, R, Python (pandas, statsmodels), Excel, and NVivo for qualitative coding. We provide outputs, interpretations, and code/scripts where relevant.

AI, Automation & Tools

Q: Do you use AI to write content?
A: We responsibly use AI tools to accelerate research, generate first drafts, summarise literature or check grammar, but every AI-assisted output is reviewed, edited and verified by human experts. If you prefer fully human-only production, request “no AI assisted” services and we will accommodate where feasible.

Q: Will my document be identifiable as AI-generated?
A: We edit AI-generated drafts to ensure human tone, accuracy, proper citations and originality. Final documents are human-reviewed. If you need an explicit declaration, we can mark sections as AI-assisted on request.

Confidentiality & Data Security

Q: How is my data and documents protected?
A: We store files on secure servers, limit access to assigned team members, and use encrypted communication channels where necessary. We can sign NDAs. If you want files deleted after delivery, request deletion and we will remove them from our active storage (we keep minimal backups for a limited period for quality assurance unless you explicitly request permanent deletion).

Q: How long do you keep delivered projects?
A: Standard storage is 12 months. You can request archives/extending storage or permanent deletion at any time.

File Formats, Delivery & Technical

Q: In what formats will I receive my work?
A: Commonly: Microsoft Word (.docx), PDF, PowerPoint (.pptx), Excel (.xlsx), SPSS/Stata/R script files. Tell us your preferred formats when ordering.

Q: Do you deliver editable files?
A: Yes, unless you request a final PDF only. Editable Word and Excel files are standard.

Q: Can you format to my university’s template?
A: Yes. Provide the template or style guide and we will format accordingly (margins, headings, referencing, pagination, table of contents, etc.).

Revisions Specifics & Defense Support

Q: Do you help with project defense / viva preparation?
A: Yes, mock defences, slide creation, Q&A prep, and delivery coaching (live or recorded sessions).

Q: Will you attend my viva or meeting on my behalf?
A: No. We do not impersonate clients in oral exams or meetings. We provide training and coaching so you can present confidently.

Publishing & Journal Support

Q: Can you turn my thesis into a journal article and help with submission?
A: Yes. We specialise in manuscript condensation, journal selection, formatting, cover letters, and responding to reviewers. We can manage the submission process on your behalf with your permission, but we recommend you remain the corresponding author.

Q: Do you charge extra for journal submission services?
A: Yes, journal submission, responding to reviewers, and resubmission support are billed separately because they require additional research and time.

Business, Grants & Professional Writing

Q: Do you write grant proposals and business plans?
A: Yes. We prepare concept notes, full proposals, budgets, logical frameworks and monitoring & evaluation plans tailored to donors (local and international). We can also help identify funding opportunities.

Q: Do you provide templates and training on grant writing?
A: Yes, downloadable templates, workshops, and one-on-one coaching.

CVs, Cover Letters & Career Services

Q: Do you guarantee job interviews if I use your CV/cover letter service?
A: No. We cannot guarantee interview offers — hiring depends on many factors (market, employer preference, competition). We do guarantee professional, ATS-friendly CVs and compelling cover letters that significantly improve your chances.

Q: Do you optimise LinkedIn profiles?
A: Yes, headlines, about section, experience, keywords and content strategy. We also provide LinkedIn training.

Student Support & Tutoring

Q: Do you offer tutoring and courses?
A: Yes, 1-on-1 tutoring, group coaching, workshops and recorded courses on academic writing, research methods, SPSS/R, CV writing, and project defence strategies.

Q: How are tutoring sessions delivered?
A: Live via Zoom/Google Meet or in-person (where available). Sessions are scheduled by appointment.

For Institutions, Lecturers & Partners

Q: Do you partner with universities or departments?
A: Yes. We do institutional partnerships for capacity building, workshops, editing hubs, and bespoke solutions. Contact our business development team for proposals.

Q: Can you provide bulk or recurring services for a department?
A: Yes, special institutional pricing and service-level agreements available.

Legal, Copyright & Ownership

Q: Who owns the final document?
A: Upon full payment, copyright and ownership of the final deliverable transfer to the client, except for any third-party licensed materials we used (we always cite such materials). We reserve the right to retain anonymized statistical data for quality control unless you request otherwise in the contract.

Q: Can I publish or submit work you produced to journals or conferences?
A: Yes, ownership transfers after full payment. We recommend transparent authorship for co-authored manuscripts and adhering to journal authorship rules.

Troubleshooting & Support

Q: What do I do if I’m unhappy with the work?
A: Contact your project manager immediately with specific concerns. We’ll review and propose a corrective plan (revision, rewrite, or refund) per the terms agreed in your quote.

Q: How do I contact customer support?
A: WhatsApp is fastest for new requests and urgent issues. Email for formal requests and documentation. We also provide a project dashboard for active clients.

Safety, Compliance & Red Lines

Q: Are there projects you will refuse?
A: Yes. We do not accept:

  • Requests to fabricate or falsify data
  • Tasks that require impersonation (e.g., attending oral exams in your place)
  • Work that violates local laws or promotes harm
We reserve the right to decline assignments that raise ethical or legal issues.
